I am looking for a skilled web designer to create a landing page for our new Learning Management System (LMS). The primary goal of the landing page is to both sell our learning services and provide information about our LMS.

Key Features to Highlight:
- Ease of use: We want to emphasize how user-friendly and intuitive our LMS is for both educators and students.

Design Preferences:
- Professional and corporate: We prefer a clean and sophisticated design that reflects the professionalism of our brand.
- Attached business plan to use for ideas related to design and color schemes.
- Our learning services serve the professional industry in oil & gas focused on safety codes, information bulletins, for pressure equipment.
- Our website is www.absa.ca to learn more about us.
- Our industry is the regulator for pressure equipment safety

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Web design: Experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages is essential.
- Knowledge of LMS: Familiarity with learning management systems and the features that are important to highlight is a plus.

Attached is an excel file that illustrates what we are thinking related to the layout of the landing page. However, we are open to other suggestions.

Constraints related to the landing page include:
- Pre-log in users will only see the landing page as it is now in the link to https://learning.absa.ca
- post-log in users will see a design we hope to have from the Excel sheet.

We need a pre and post login designed using html, css, and widgets.
