I am looking for a talented designer to create a logo and slogan for my company, Premia Properties. We are HMO room renting business with a focus on homes for professionals, rather than corporate properties. The main message and feeling I want to convey is luxury and sophistication, honesty and trust. I am open to suggestions for specific colors and design elements, but I want the overall look to be elegant and high-end.

In addition to the logo and slogan, I also need social media graphics that match the branding of the company. I require the logo and social media graphics in all editable formats.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong design skills with a focus on luxury and sophistication
- Experience creating logos and slogans
