I have an company called Earl Brown Education Consulting and this company provides professional development workshops and training programs to companies and organizations.

for my services, i have started a new initiaive called "EBEC NextGen Leaders" which involves a leadership program that is specially focused on "young professionals ages "20-35."

for this initiaivie i want a new and distinct logo that is powerful, stands out, innovative, creative and cathces the eye of companies. i want companies to hire me to provide professinal development workshops to their young professional employe

LOGO DETAILS FOR DESIGNER:

- the log should keep the same colors of my main company profile (orange, blue, white and grey) but also maybe look to add slightly different variations of those main colors that would attract younger professionals

- the logo will have SEVERAL VERSIONS, i need logo version that has: 1) both text and logo image, 2) just text, and 3) logo image.
