Project Management in It´s Essence
“75% of all completed projects do not live up to expectations”. Is there something wrong with expectations or with the way projects are conducted? What if the reasons for project failures are typically the same and the remedies to fix it are similar?
After more than a decade of participating and leading change projects, completing various certifications and research Patrick came to the conclusion that many projects fail for the same reasons and that 20% of the most common tools, techniques and frameworks available provide 80% of the value in many change projects.

Course take-aways
The course provides and overview of project theories, models and tools and then focus in on the ones that create real value while providing the context to why this is so. Teaching methodology
Real capability building is only achieved through real hands-on application of what has been learned. Hence the methodology is inclusive with group exercises, dialogue based learning and case-work. In order to enhance this a short survey (15 minutes to fill in) is sent out a couple of weeks before the training to ensure engagement and alignment already before the course starts. After the course we also offer Project Mentoring.

Capability builder
