I'm requiring a skilled logo designer to “recreate” a modern, minimalist logo for my company. The logo should embody the following aspects:

- Maintain a modern and minimalist aesthetic, but make a statement. I added a rough draft. It’s a property management type of company. Also the website fonts.

Ideal candidates should be proficient in graphic design software and have a strong portfolio showcasing similar work. Proven experience in creating logos that align with a client’s brand identity and preference is a must. Creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of color theory will be advantageous.
