Design Task: Manager Dashboard Redesign

We're seeking a talented freelancer to revamp our platform's manager dashboard (current mockup attached). The existing design is functional but lacks the modern, clean, organized, and techy/cool/fun elements we're striving for. Keep the functionality intact, but feel free to add/remove elements if you have a brilliant idea. The main goal is to provide managers with an organized dashboard displaying their skills metrics.

Key Requirements:
- Modern Layout: Sleek, smooth lines and an updated design aesthetic.
- Clean and Organized: Easy to navigate, avoiding clutter and confusion.
- Techy/Cool/Fun Elements: A bit of flair for an enjoyable, yet professional look.

Functionality:
- User-friendly
- Clean
- Fun/cool to use
- Easy to see everything without clutter
- Add a profile icon (will be a hover dropdown to edit profile, logout, or switch user)

Color Scheme:
- Light Version
- Dark Version
- Toggle icon for switching between "Dark Mode" and "Light Mode"
- Submit one or both color schemes

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven UI/UX design experience, especially in dashboard design
- Strong eye for modern visual design
- Ability to make complex information visually appealing and easy to understand
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma
