I have created. kpf format your doc to upload in KDP.
It can be uploaded to KDP. But, I think your doc is not well-formatted and has a lack of information in some context. Anyway, I completed y our described task. If anything, more need pls let me know. I can mail you the .kpf file as it is big and not supported format of freelancer. They support only image files. That why I have uploaded the preview image file.
