I am looking for a text based logo design that best represents the qualities of my company. If done properly, a combination of text, real estate relevant graphic and the letter "O" might be appropriate. We are a family owned company established in 2005 and serve our local communitys' real estate sales and service needs. The qualities that I would like to have exemplified in the logo are professional, established, and knowledgeable. This logo should be unique and speak to prospective clients that they can trust the company and it's people. An appropriate mix of script and serif or sanserif fonts would be acceptable. Simple designs have worked best for us in the past. This will be a logo that will appear on yard signs, letterhead, websites, and all other media advertising. Thank you for your consideration, ideas and talent!

sorry to say but the winning logo is just an average logo...its not necessary that every time u must go with intial...some letters are there which do not fit example O and R...Like company HTC have inital logo and APPLE have iconic logo..u must understand this...the winnng logo have the average font, i do no what colours are they really dull and there is no crisp in the design..the tip of r at end must be sharp,the cutness of letter O is not right..no balance b/w icon and text..no eye catching people may see or ignore...but the designer thought was good..congrates winner..

  CH wanted initials in logo, colors are changeable, 'average font' is nonsense (almost every font works fine in specific situation). Logo is simple and eye-catching. Congrats @ filipstamate.

Thank you for all of your submissions. Here's an update to help you. I am looking for an icon to use that incorporates the "O" in O'Rourke and the "R" in Realty. It can be vertical or horizontal orientation. I have not seen a submission that makes this icon part of the background and O'Rourke Realty in the front. Please do not use any graphics. There have been some really nice ones used, but they are not accomplishing the objective. Thank you again for your creativity. I am doing my best to provide feedback, so please ask me any questions that you may have.

  Sinisa, Yes, very similar to that but not so bold in colors or font style. Professional, service, trust. The examples on that site appear very "industrial." I like easy to read, script or sanserif fonts that give a timeless and classic look. Thank you.

Hello all and thank you for submitting so many great options. I have noticed that the use of real estate related graphics (Houses, roof tops, angles, etc.) have been over used in local marketing. We are looking more towards a simple, classic design that will stand the test of time. Think of large corporations and their simplicity of design and please feel free to submit another entry if you have ideas. I hope this helps you and look forward to seeing your creativity.
