We are a fast growing marketing agency that is looking for a world class designer (both pictures and web). This is a simple contest to see the talent and creativity used to make the picture below more engaging. Whoever wins I will require the end product in a layered PSD. The whole purpose of the picture is to get them to take a 5 minute survey. I would like the picture to look something like (just more professional):
