I am looking for someone thats talented at deep internet searches to research topics for me and present it in a clear easy format for me to read. The format could be powerpoint, word document, or anything else you feel would portray the research the best. I do require sources to be trustworthy and cited please :)

I will award the best submission of all three research topics completed and clearly presented.

Here are each research topic:

- HOT2000 software thats used for residential energy assessments. I am interested to learn the inner calculations/theories/equations for the building science used in this software. What equations/theories does the HOT2000 software use to reach it's output?

- The effects of climate change on the Canadian province Nova Scotia. I would like to see predictions of the future of Nova Scotia based on trustworthy sources/research. I'd like lots of detail on this, not just "weather temperatures will increase".

- A housing market analysis for the Province of Nova Scotia. I am interested in purchasing a house soon and would like to see some predictions of the housing market for the next 5 years to decide when I should buy a house based on the predicted economics from a trustworthy source. I am specifically looking for an unbiased perspective on the housing markets future in Nova Scotia, so no information from realtors, I prefer independent studies from people that wont gain from the results. I am mostly interested in the HRM region such as Dartmouth or Sackville or Bedford.

CAD100 equals USD79, approximately USD26 per article. These articles require web-search. Two of them are about particular regions regarding which there may, or may not, be much content on the web. One, in particular, asks for indications of the price trend over the next five years. This work is extensive, demanding excessive effort and time for good quality products. The prize offered must at least be USD50 per article. I hope you will seriously consider my sincere suggestion. Thanks a lot. God bless you. #increaseprize
