Interior Design for a Small Office of around 107 Square Meter.
Please see requirement underneath.

***DESIGN REQUIREMENTS***
1. STYLE: Grand and High Tech. Entrance to be so grand while inside looks cool and high tech. Maintain simple and beautiful, must not over designed.
2. COLOR: Warm and comfortable color tones
3. Rooms partitioned by glass required as indicated on floor plan
(Green Lines): Boss Room, Manager Room & Conference Room
4. Required 6 office desks at open area
(example: 2 sets of Y-shaped desks, each 3 seats)
5. Entrance area tailor false ceiling, Office area and rooms uses tile ceiling
6. Include furniture, cabinets, storage, etc. where appropriate
7. Include company name facing entrance (Company Name: Jumbo Bee Group)
8. Projector required in conference room with in-ceiling drop motorized down projector screen.
9. Conference Table for 6 person with chairs in Conference room.
10. Sofa against windows with a Chinese style tea table.
11. Whole office lighting must be nicely arranged, especially at entrance

1. 2D layout Floorplan, lighting plan, Furniture Plan
2. 3D Realization for all areas of office from different view points
3. DEADLINE: 5 days
