I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. Iam going to describe this project to cut time : 1 we don't have anything designed or built yet .2well need a partner that could pay for half , his paying for the contracts must be upfront . 3 he does not work in advertising and he could give me a project in advertising and can provide me with marketing projects . 4 he could be on time .
