I'd like to get a quote for a future [login to view URL] project would be a social media app built for a social experiment I'm considering. User registration should be invite only(no public registration) and after they've been invited users should be able to sign in with their email this will demonstrate the spread of information by word of mouth. There's more to the email login but I'll talk about it in private if you have any questions.
Without going to far into what the app is I can say that It will need a rating system, a group system, a chat, each user will need a profile page that would be a super simplified version of a facebook wall where they can share text, photos, videos,etc. In addition there would need to be a way to setup events for the groups and notify other users of the event.
The rating system would allow users to rate the groups and people based on a handful of criteria. It would just be a percent out of 100 or a five star system that would be displayed on the users profile or the group page.
