Write a SQL Statement For Use in MySQL to Combine Results From Multiple Tables

I need a clean MySQL statement that will pull results from several tables that share common values (for example product_id, model) and combine them into one set of results so I can export to a csv. I have a nearly complete SQL statement that already fetches most results but it needs to add a category description that is found by referencing a common parent id. It might be easier to write a statement from scratch to make it work. You can decide. There are a total of 5 different tables that will need data fetched from them.

I intend to go over the database structure in detail after the job is awarded but before the work begins.
