Court diary legal cases updater.

I want a digital dairy software which would work from android phone, windows, iOS, Mac and all other recognised devices simultaneously. It should be able to link or LAN with any device to any other device irrespective of the format and operating system used. like if I update the diary from mobile it should be able to carry out changes across all devices.

The diary should be able to get licked with all established online courts tribunals in the country. It should issue reminders and alerts appropriately. For an initial working I'm sending a snap shot of manual diary.

I have uploaded one diary page. the first column is Previous date but if the case is new there would be no previous date so we would mention there new or first like that.

second column is courts name so we would write there an abbreviated form of the court name say if it is Supreme Court we would write SC. if high court then HC. then if the bench is single divisions, three judges and onwards we would denote as SC-DB or SC-FB or SC-5JB (five judges bench).

Similarly I would give list of different courts and tribunals under different statutes. BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE ALL THE COURTS AND THEIR NAMES WITH DETAILS OF JUDGES ETC. SO IT WOULD BE SUFFICIENT IF A PROVISION IS MADE IN SETTINGS I.E. CUSTOMISATION OF COURT NAME AND ABBREVIATION WITH UNLIMITED CHARACTER SPACE.

THEN THERE IS A COLUMN OF PARTY NAME. NOW THE PARTIES CAN BE N NUMBER BUT THE CASE NAME IS BY FIRST NAME OF FIRST PARTY ONLY THE FIRST COLUM IS FOR FIRST PARTY AND MAY BE

Petitioner, Plaintiff, Applicant, Appellant, Complainant, First party, etc. the second column would be opposite party. sometime denoted as Respondent, Non-Applicant, Defendant, Opposite Party, second party, non-petitioner, and so on.

Then the stage of the matter is there. i..e notice, summons, hearing, issues, admission, hearing final hearing, evidence, and many other stages therefore here also customisation is required. then is next date so if we insert next date the case should be automatically posted on that date. with stage written in next column. likewise

so kindly suggest how the software can be designed and made workable.

All the courts have their own websites which gives information daily orders etc. of the matter so if we can connect to those servers which we get by permission.
