Develop Event Ticketing and Reservations App for IOS & Android

Looking for a team of serious developers to rebuild an app for event ticketing and reservations. There is currently a beta version of the app. Part of the task will be to access whether or not the existing code can be salvaged and fixed to meet my requirements or we just need to start from scratch and use the existing code as a guide.
Within scope of this project would be to redesign and significantly improve the user interface, build an admin website that properly gathers and organizes data from the apps in a format that can be exported, and build the website.
For background, the platform is comprised of two apps. One for organizers and the other for event goers. The focus of this project will be on the event goers app.
My requirements for this project.
1. Very tight deadline and I need a declined team that will work to meet this timeline. If by any chance you have other projects that have priority over this, DO NOT INQUIRE
2. CONSTANT Communication. While I understand some do not like to be micro managed, given my tight deadline, I can not afford to redo things multiple times. I need a team that communicates frequently so we get things done right the first time around
3. United States based. Please, if you are not actually based in the United States, do not say you are. This isn't a deal breaker. I would hate for you to tell me you are based in the US and then find out the entire team is based elsewhere in the world and so are you.
4. Great graphic design skills. I want a simple app design but I also want something that feels real and incorporates the vision of the app.
5. Works weekends. Most of my free time is over the weekend. Given the tight deadline, we need to be working over the weekend. If this isn't possible, please dont bother.
6. Respectful of time
7. IOS primarily but also need android
