The app must be published on playstore of android and will be available for smarphone
and tablet android.

the app must contains 3 tabs:
1. Tab "Home": It must contains general informations about the firm, showing pictures and texts that will be provided to you.
2. Tab "Referti": In this tab the user will be able to download his personal medical report.
The procedure to get it is as follow:
The user comes physically to the laboratory and gets his test.
Once the report is ready (in about 12-24 hours), he can require it through the App.
In the second Tab "referti" he will put his name, surname, e-mail and the acceptance number provided during the chek-in.
These data will arrive to a specific E-mail account, where an operator will read it and
manually will create the pdf report file of the customer.
Then the operator will send the file through an PC windows application(done by you) or whatever, and the user will get it with a notification in his smartphone/tablet app and will be able to download it.
So there will need to create two direct link:
- between the app and an email account in order to receive the requests.
- between the pc windows application and the app in order to make receive the pdf report to the customer.
3. Tab "Contatti" It will shown the point on google maps where the firm is located.
The adress, the phone number and e-email of the firm.
A "Scrivi" button where the user can select the email account from which to send
a message and it will be received in a specific e-mail account of the firm.
A "Chiama" button where the user can select skipe or phone to start the telephone call
to the firm.
The built of each tab must be discussed with me in order to the customization about
texts and pictures.
After the final test of the App, you will take care of the publishing on Play store.
