Remote help to fix NPM and NODE.JS install (installed in wrong directory path)

Need help installing Installing Node.js (and npm) web packages properly on my Windows 10 machine. I downloaded, but they are in the wrong directory. I now have problems moving forward with new installs. Need to be experienced with NPM installs and command lines for fixing issues in wrong directory.
