20 3D Animations for Business English Course

I'm looking for a 3D Animator to create from scratch, 20 videos with approximately 150-200 script words, each. Besides, I am open to negotiate a final budget that would make both sides happy if I see potential in the partnership.
They idea is to produce the videos one by one, so it would be important if you informed me the price for each piece of work concluded.
I don't understand much about animation but this idea is aimed to provide high-quality audio and visuals that will serve as the main source of linguistic input in the English course I'm designing. The animations may contain different characters, dialogues, voice over, motion and scenarios.

"In a bustling office, Tom and Jerry sit at their desks, staring at their computer screens. Tom looks worried, while Jerry seems busy typing away.
Tom: "Jerry, have you finished that report yet? The boss is going to be furious if it's not done in time for the meeting."
Jerry: "Relax, Tom. I've got it under control. I'm a typing machine!"
Just then, the printer starts spitting out pages, and Jerry leaps up to grab them.
Jerry: "Yes! It's done! Let's go!"
Tom and Jerry rush to the conference room, where the boss is waiting impatiently.
Boss: "You're late! Do you have the report?"
Jerry hands the boss the report, and the boss starts flipping through it.
Boss: "Hmm...this looks good. But why is there a picture of a cat in here?"
Tom looks sheepish as the boss glares at him.
Tom: "Uh, I must have accidentally pasted that in there."
Everyone in the room bursts out laughing, and the tension dissolves. In the end, the report is a success, and Tom and Jerry learn that sometimes a little humor can go a long way in the business world."
