Dutch Tourism Assistant Guru

I'm in immediate need of a Dutch-speaking administration assistant, with a strong understanding of the tourism industry, to help streamline operations in my travel agency. The ideal candidate will bring efficiency and organization to our team, ensuring our clients' experiences are seamless and enjoyable.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all client bookings accurately, ensuring all travel arrangements meet our high-quality standards.
- Process invoices efficiently, maintaining clear and organized financial records.
- Provide top-notch customer support, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent in Dutch; strong command of English is a plus.
- Highly familiar with the tourism sector, with a keen understanding of travel procedures and regulations.
- Proficient in email communication. Comfort with other digital tools is desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry would be highly regarded.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proven track record in booking management, invoice processing, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of the tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in written Dutch and English.
- High proficiency in using email for daily communications and coordination.
