Conceptual design a very simple blockchain based anti-counterfeit solution

Problem: A sells some physical thing called X to B. How to somehow prove to a third party C that B bought X from A ?
- Note that I am fully aware of many supply chain based on blockchain out there, including Vechain, Blockverify, WaBi etc. I don't want to use them at this phase because they are either complex or not economically feasible.
- At this phase we don't need to discuss about attaching RFID or QR code to physical goods.
