Sinewave code for PIC 16F628A

I need a code for a PIC IC 16F628A to :
1- Produce a PWM sine wave 60Hz oscillation for a DC/AC inverter.
2- Low voltage (10.5 DC) buzzer warning.
You must give me both the source code and the HEX file.
I already have the circuit diagram. Please only apply if you are sure 100% you can make this job. I do not make payments in advance, I only make payment when I see something.
