Hi, I am an Investment Banker where I help startups in raising funding from Investors. Once I raise funding for the startup(who will be my client), they will have to pay a success fee to me. With the agreement I want to ensure that they pay this fees to me after I get them the funding.
So, I am looking for a lawyer who can draft this agreement for me to protect from any fraud that can happen in future.
