By signing and giving us the payment to Brooklyn Signs you agree that Permits are the responsibility of the client, any fines resulting of improper filing or lack of permits will be responsibility of client. All sales are final. Since each signs are customs and there is no re-sale value, therefore they are not refundable. Unless specified, no warranty is offered, implied, nor suggested due to the nature of the business, if the client has a concern or problem with the sign then client must contact Brooklyn Signs in writing before proceeding with any charge backs or credit returns. Brooklyn Signs is a be given the opportunity to correct and resolve any disputes (at our discretion) within 24 hours after the sign is delivered or installed.
