We are a web design and development company who wants to expand into the realm of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing. We currently have a solid clientele base whose trust we have gained through our exceptional services. Our goal is to find a company to outsource our SEO & SEM that can provide that same type of service; one that I can trust to hang our reputation on.
If we find somebody that we can trust and that can produce solid results getting new business will be easy. Not only do we have an already interested clientele base but also a network of sales people who are interested in selling SEO & SEM services. Therefore, we are looking for a company that has the proper infrastructure, resources, experience, and is basically looking for and can maximize an opportunity such as this. I am not sure if we should create packages to sell, have a custom price for each project, or something in between where we have general guidelines of pricing. We will rely on your expertise to come up with a system that works.
To tell you a little about our clientele base, they are mostly small business owners, who usually spend money on print advertising (newspapers, direct mail, yellow pages, etc.) and have heard of the power of the internet but don’t know how to get a real Return on Investment on there. I would say that most clients will be predominantly interested in local SEO from the city they located and surrounding cities to possibly a statewide optimization.
