Need small adjustments on a Video Editor Tool -- 7

The adjustment on a video editor which connects mp4 files need to be added with 2 features:

- scroll as drag and drog uploaded files as to change the numeric order

- Add trim to each sequence> When selected the duration > press OK then when save and connect all files that duration will be within the whole file..

I got other similar projects, will need a tight developer long term..
