Key Points :-

- Software will be multi Company.

- Super admin can create multiple companies, who can access this software.

- While creating company super admin will store company name, address, cell no, tell no, email id, there logo in the system.

- Each company will be given a separate user name and password to access the system.

- For in bound emails each company will be assigned with separate email id (We prefer corporate google email box for this).

- Each company will have there individual branding on the cloud software.

- In this system for sending mails, we will have predefined format, that can be 2 or 3.

- As we said each company will have separate username and password to access the system, so they have following features :-

Company Wise Features :-

- All tickets will be mailed to one particular id (of a company)

- Our Software will read the email ox and take data in the software.

- Thru software smart mails will be sent customers on periodic bases like 2 days before

or 1 day before of travel.

- Mails will be sent for birthday wishes.

- There will be option to send promotion mails in a fixed format.

- Secured CMS for admin to maintain the company wise data.
