I need someone to come in and help me make a layout for an editor I'm making. I have bits of what I want but I need someone with a keen eye to help me put it together. Please do not bid on this project unless you are really advanced with css and photoshop. I'm ok with css so I will know if you are bluffing. I will show you the work then you can bid, so for now just bid 30 bucks so I know you read this. If it's more that's ok, we'll see.
Again, it's for doing some layout work making an already working layout look nicer.
