I have seven excel files that I have been working to clean up. I have removed many records that are bad data. This job is for someone to check the address data format and layout of each file to assure the addresses are in the correct format. You must be familiar with US address formats or able to determine if the data is in the correct format. I have attached a sample of one of the files. They are all similar but you will need to test each file.
There are a great many records and I don't expect you to review each record on a per record bases. I do expect whoever takes this on will validate a portion of the addresses and the format they are in by checking the address information with that found in other sources. For example you will need to check the first name, last name, city, state and zip against [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] etc. Excel hold a max of 1 million rows so each file has less than this but probably close to this number. I ask that you radomly verify at least 10 records per 100,000 rows. Thats a pretty small number and it needs to be random checks throughout the file.
It is an easy job just takes time and I'm running out of time to complete this job. Please do not take this on unless you plan to finish this within 24 hours. I'm working on files today and will be able to start this project withing 24 hours.
