Overview:
As a Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate acquisition team, focusing on identifying potential properties for investment. This is an entry-level, full-time position with a commission-based compensation structure. Working remotely, you will employ various strategies, including driving for dollars and skip tracing, to generate leads and contribute to the growth of our property portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Driving for Dollars:
Conduct targeted geographic research to identify potential neighborhoods for property acquisition.
Utilize mapping tools and databases to create efficient driving routes for property assessment.
Conduct on-site evaluations of properties to identify distressed or potential investment opportunities.
Lead Generation:
Implement creative strategies to generate leads, including but not limited to cold calling, door knocking, and online research.
Leverage skip tracing tools and techniques to locate property owners and gather relevant contact information.
Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and regularly update information for accuracy.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
Familiarity with real estate terms and concepts is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
