Virtual Assistants for Call Recording Analysis

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our team for a unique role involving the analysis of call recordings. The ideal candidate will have a keen ear for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make accurate notes in our system regarding policy compliance, customer sentiment, and other relevant factors. This is a remote position, and the candidate should be comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
Call Recording Analysis: Listen to recorded customer calls and accurately assess compliance with company policies.
Note-Taking: Make detailed notes in our system regarding any policy breaches, customer sentiment, and other relevant observations.
Reporting: Provide regular reports summarizing key findings and trends from call analysis.
Communication: Collaborate with the project manager to communicate any noteworthy issues and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Experience in call analysis or a related field is desirable.
Excellent listening skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to make accurate and concise notes in our system.
Proficiency in using basic crms and call recording software.
