Track your order feature for my web site.
The objective of this database is to permit suppliers and buyers of our products to access information pertaining to them on the internet. It will be placed as a page ( pages ) on our web site. The database will cover the following fields:
• Invoice nos
• Date of Order
• Customer Second Name -
Sub fields
1. Customer Second Name
2. Street Address
3. Suburb
4. State
5. Product – Code
6. Supplier – Code
7. Colour
8. Qty
• Invoiced date of Delivery :
• Present Delivery status :
For Buyers :
Should a buyer input an Invoice nos , together with all relevant information in Sub Fields : 1,2,3,4 and there is a match of between the invoice nos and any two of the sub fields , then the following information should be displayed.
• Customer First Name
• Customer Last Name
• Invoice Nos :
• Estimated date of Delivery:
• Track your Order : Sub-fields : Fabric availability , Production Date, Shipment Date, Customs Clearance date , Estimated delivery Date.
For Suppliers :
Fields listed in the Supplier database should be:
• Product:
• Description
• Qty
• Colour
• Special remarks
• Supplier Code
• Shipment date :
• Arrival Date melbourne
• Arrival Date : Warehouse.
If A supplier enters the database , he can amend information only once .
He gains access to it , by placing his code and Name .,It will be a link to the Track your order page:
