In need of an experienced professional with an understanding of NO-IP and DDNS, as applied to IP Security Cameras. Here's what I am looking for:

- Primary function: Develop a 'How To' set of instruction that allows the initial programming and setup, for remote access (WAN) to an IP Camera in a remote location.

- The camera will be connected to the internet via a Mobile Broadband Router with a Dynamic IP address.

- In general, control will be from a PC running Windows software and standard Web Browsers.

- My goal is to be able to access, control and use the admin menus of these cameras by connecting directly over WAN.
