Fix Drupal StudentTeachStudent Platform Guru Level 1 Functionalities

Completion of all Issues in the student flow and up to Guru level 1 flow below:

1-STAR GURU

1. Receives Welcome Email (now 1-star ranking) and can now make only online appointments.

2. Cannot charge fees. These Gurus teach free.

3. Teaches students and gets rated by each student. The Gurus create available one-hour time slots in their calendar when they will be available to teach. The student is able to search (based on subject/level) then invite Gurus in their 20Km radius choosing one of their available time slots which becomes a valid appointment which appears in a list of appointments in the Guru’s profile appointments page. Each session is exactly one hour long. The chat board (typing, writing, video and voice) opens up for both Student and Guru at the beginning of the session and closes automatically for both parties at the end of the hour.

4. Gets 5-star performance evaluation (highest rating) from 10 different students consecutively. Immediately the chat ends, the student receives an email requesting a personal rating of the Guru for that completed session (1 to 5 stars, 1 star meaning poor, 5 stars meaning excellent). If the Guru gets rated 5 stars a count is started until ten 5-star personal ratings are counted which moves the Guru to next level (2-star Guru). If the Guru receives less than 5-stars the count is re-started because the 5-star performance evaluation has to be maintained for ten consecutive times before the Guru can complete this level.

5. Automatically moves to next level (2-star Guru) when the ratings are completed.

This includes setting up BBB for video, voice, and chats during meetings.

Also, fix issues with ratings and automatic movement to the next level.
