Database For Tokens

We need a program with Database done like this:

1. Import a comma separated csv file, with the data you see above in green. Only the performers (Column I) will be imported and registered in the database.

The first row, of course, shouldn't be imported.

2. The database will only display the lines that have a balance sheet (Column C ) >= 3500 tk€ euro.

3. If the "User affiliated to..." is Not Set, the database should automatically save Nobody in place of the not set field.

4. The database must have a button to be able to add, for each record, the subtotal balance (Column C ) >= 3500 tk€ to the total balance (Total Balance) which will then be saved automatically. At the same time, by adding the subtotal balance (column C) to the Total balance column (column K), the subtotal balance (column) C must be brought back to 0. This will help us add the tk€ produced by our performers to those already previously earned by them.

Example: on our site we add new Performers every 15 days and top up old Performers who have produced a number of Tk€ in those 15 days with a balance >= 3500 tk€, so the database will create new records for them or update existing ones, which they will all be stored in the database.

Once the new users and the old users have been loaded from the CSV file that we will load into the database, the Database will import only those with >= 3500 balance, both new and old ones. By clicking on a button, we will add the partial balance C to the already memorized total balance K, and we will reset the partial balance for all users with balance >= 3500 Tk€.

A total balance in € (Column L) will then be presented: since 10 tk€ are worth 1€, the column must be that of K, divided by 10 (only 1 decimal).

In addition, a total balance of 5% of the balance in column L will also be presented, and placed in column M (Balance PRV).

We need also to have the possibility to filter rows by B column (Writing in a field what we want) or from G colums (Writing in a field the Payment mode).
