Would like to have a program written that:
first converts an existing .csv file to an excel file. This .csv file has about 35 columns but 6 of them have data separated by pipes that we want to separate the items into their own cells in an excel file, in a manner easily imported into other programs (meaning single level or multi).
Second: to convert that .csv file into iif with appropriate invoice and customer columns for Quickbooks to import
Users will install app on their windows computer that has microsoft excel
