myBB Forum Configuration

I have installed myBB software on my website.

I have also install some plugins.

I need an experienced myBB expert to do some additional configuration for me.

Some of the configuration I need are:

1. Install and configure SEO plugin and XML Sitemap Plugin

2. Install and configure Affiliate Program software

3. I have already installed Newpoint plugin for Points allocation

- Display Top 10 Contributors on the right side bar - based on points scored

- Display Recommended/Most Helpful Doctors - based on admin flagging or user's score on their solution to problem

4. Include default Male/Female avatar

5. I have installed page creation plugin. Use it to create the following extra pages:

- Ask A Doctor - Contact form

- Recommended Health Centers

- Blog

6. . Make facebook, twitter or google login for the forum
