QGIS Expert for DTM File Modification

I am currently in need of someone skilled in using QGIS software to modify a DTM file, which originated from a drone survey. The current DTM file is in .TIFF format. It appears the height is from the ellipsoid, and not from the geoid, which is problematic for my project.
Required Modifications:
- Lower the DTM height by approximately 50 meters
Post-Modification Requirements:
- Retain the same .TIFF format upon saving the modified file
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in working with QGIS software
- Experience in altering DTM files and understanding of height adjustments related to geoid and ellipsoid differences.
