Help Solve Problem with GitHub/Lab Repo

Hey, I was using Github Desktop to upgrade repo. I was doing this 1st time and looks that i have messed something up. In short:
- i made new branch and uploaded my code
- i got code review
- i made corrections and wanted to upload it again and now all looks like total mess - there are too many differences !!
I suspect I messed something with gitignore - because I deleted it and later recreated.
I am looking for a person who will connect to my PC using Anydesk ASAP and help me clean up this mess.
