Google Merchant Centre - Feed to Deal with UK Post Codes

The Product Feed for our e-commercie store is currently suspended. The reason is that the Shipping costs in the Feed do not match those on our website.
Our business ships using UK post codes to calculate costs, however, within Google's Merchant Center, shipping by destination (post code) is only available in the USA, Australia and Japan.
We have increased the price of our shipping in the Feed to be the maximum anyone in the UK would pay - this is in-line with Google's Product data specification, but this still has not be approved.
An urgent fix is required for this problem.
