3d Cartoon Animation App

This is an exciting project for those who are interested in flash cartoon animantation app

We are looking for highly skilled cartoon animation, flash designer/developer to produce quality flash 3D animation app.

I are contracting out a 3D Animation cartoon flash mobile app. The project encompasses the development of a single app that embeds a flash 3d cartoon animation component featuring bugs and characters. The design concept, action events, animation sequence, bugs have all been sketched out. However, we do leave the detail look to the creative imagination of the freelancer. Our aim is to have a final product that look slick and professional.

For reference, we would like the flash animation to have a balance of look and feel between these apps

Plants vs Zombies, Need for Speed, Waterslide 2 and Spider: The Secret of Bryce Manor

Development Requirements:

1. Flash animation cartoon 3D implementation MUST be modular and script driven.

Project Contractor Requirements:

1. 2 years minimal of flash cartoon animation development experience.

2. 1 year minimal of PHP development experience.

3. MUST PROVIDE resume, portfolio, and references.

4. MUST sign non-disclosure agreement provided by us.
