Illustrator needed to colour 12 existing sketches

I need an illustrator to complete a half finished book project.
The storyboard / sketching has already been made for the book which contains 24 images in total.
The first 12 images are already illustrated and complete.
This project is for an illustrator to complete (colour) the remaining 12 sketched images of the book.
Obviously it is important that the colouring of the illustrations are kept the same style as the original (first 12 illustrations).
I have uploaded a folder that can be downloaded here. [url removed, login to view]
The folder contains 3 files:
1. [url removed, login to view] (This file has one half of the page illustrated, and the other half only sketched.)
2 & 3. Colour Example. jpg (To give you an idea of the colours of the characters and their clothes.)
Anyone interested in this project must prove their capabilities by colouring the sketched side of the psd file to match the style of the illustrated side.
You can upload your finished example to a file share site and send me the link in a private message. Make sure to send me a full size layered psd.
Please follow these guidelines:
CMYK.
300 dpi.
Use plenty of layers, separate layers for each character.
I will reply all people who follow the above instructions by colouring the sketched page to prove that they can match the work to the standard i am looking for.
I will not reply people who don't.
I want to make clear at this stage the terms of this project.
The storyboard / sketching, and the first (already completed) 12 illustrations will be credited to the original artist.
The illustration work that you perform will be credited to your name.
The project is "work for hire".
A contract will be signed to state that I will retain the copyright to the work.
My budget for this project is $200
I will be away until the 15th April, so won't be able to reply until then.
