Build a Website like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]

We are looking for a site similar to that of gigmasters.com. In fact we are looking for something very similar, with few minor changes. But its look, functionality, and feel are what we are looking for.

Site brief description of [login to view URL]:

Users can meet service professionals for their projects. Users post projects for FREE and suppliers with membership can get leads on projects within their area.

You should have done similar projects before and you must be able to provide similar live sites or working demos.

STEPS:

1. Go to [login to view URL] and have a look. This is the look and feel we require. We will supply the category names but the system has to be able to create main and sub categories from the admin panel.

2. The website will have 2 main types of users: users looking for suppliers and service professionals.

3. We must be able to install pluggins at later dates with NO trouble. Therefore the platform that you use must support our growth.

4. The design must also allow for future installation of advertisements. Advertisements will account for a massive chunk of the website monetization efforts.

5. Admin functions should:

• be easy to manage from the ADMIN's screen FOR BOTH PLAIN USERS AND PROFESSIONALS.

• be able to create/delete as many categories/subcategories as desired.

• Allow a SUPERUSER who controls the site.

• Be able to create as many SUB-ADMINS as desired.

6. The profile pages of the regular users and service professionals MUST show previous work done and previous persons hired. It must be similar to a timeline and there must be a social element to the profiles. [login to view URL] is also a very great example.

7. We will prefer that the social aspect of the website becomes more sociable (For example a placement of pictures, and the inclusions of forums).

8. There is also one addition that we will like to be incorporated. However we will let you know about that after we communicate with you further.

9. Training must be provided in sufficient quantities, so that we may be able to run the website ourselves. Therefore the administration of the website must be very simple and easy to understand.

10. In your bid, please let us know which platform(s) you will use to build this website, since we have preference ourselves.

11. Communication is a MUST. Video conferences will be a massive plus.

12. The website must be mobile friendly.

The website must be as clean and neatly designed as [login to view URL] and Weddingwire.com. Design will be taken very very very seriously. The website must also include:

1. Forum

2. Space for Blogs/ News/ Articles

3. Social Media Integration and Mailing List Integration

4. The ability to have a variety of payment options, as well as different types of members

5. Review System

If you have built sites similar please send these to us, so that we may see what your work is like. The site must have similar functionalities like gigmasters, but must also be as beautiful. If you have demo accounts where I can go in and see admin panel etc even better.

We will carefully review every single offer, screening for the best. But, our preference will go to the company that has done this already, however we will not limit it to that criteria alone. We will carefully screen ALL bids.
