Social Network Customization - Boonex/Dolphin

Looking to create a Boonex/Dolphin website. Includes just about all the features that seem standard. Importance needs to be placed on video to an entire room/group as well as between individual users. Regular chat room functionality as well. Need a custom design which we can handle or rely on you depending on your portfolio of work or again we can handle the design and need your help in the customization. Need a monthly recurring payment option for site users. Our site is not a porn site but will probably have users posted nude photos in profiles and galleries so please be comfortable with this sort of content. We have hosting already and the host is setting of the basic install but we would need your help with the rest once we purchase the license. Looking for a very nice, clean look and feel overall and dare we say more web 2.0 looking then many samples we have seen...
