I want a website, where tradespeople can register themselves on my page, and customers can book the trades-persons service online, and a commission is automatically paid to my account after full payment has been made which will be required to book the job.
I want sections on my page, ie: plumbers, electricians, cleaners (industrial and commercial), air conditioning/heating, carpentry, concreter's, plasterers, flooring...etc
I need a tracker only visible to admin of how many jobs have been booked (yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, till-date) and daily, weekly, monthly, quaterly, yearly income statements generated.
User experience needs to be streamline, and the user can utilise the website as a guest or a member. Similar to most ecommerce websites. However as a guest they can only book jobs in, but no statements, or reports are generated for them. If they are members, they can track jobs, get reports and statements...etc
I need my website to be well marketed, I need a good online presence.
The website must also obviously have online payment too accepting the standard forms of online payment.
I need the tradespeople to be "locate-able". so the user can also search on my page the closest trades person "near me" based on the category they have selected.
Receipts will need to be generated by the trades-person whereby if they choose automatic invoicing the system will generate one for them based on their details inputted. whereas if they choose manual, it will be their responsibility to write a receipt for the customer.
The customer needs to also be aware of the trades-persons preference in this matter. preferably before booking them.
Customers must also be able to contact the trades-person. But trades-people can only contact the customer AFTER they have been contacted by the customer first. Phone numbers, emails, addresses can not be shared. All communication must be maintained within the internal channels, so monitoring can be applied. We do not want customers to privately book the trades-people, where by our service will be meaningless.
