I have a project, the project is to make a website to provide services, for example: carpenters, painters, nannies, seamstresses, manicures will be registered on the website and approved by the system administrator and then the people who access the site can hire These people to do X services, and the registered service providers on the website, have a panel to see the service requests and whether or not to accept the work.

It is a platform where people advertise service, and other people can request such services by accepting the terms.

I understand little programming on the web, so I'm asking for help, I would like the predominant color to be dark blue, very modern, which is adaptable to the mobile, with bootstrap.
