Present day cyberpunk movie illustrations

I'm an independent filmmaker putting together a promotional deck for a feature film pitch.
The movie is a cyberpunk (sci-fi) action picture set in near-present (2020) Vancouver, Canada.
Looking for illustrations that will give a sense of very cool, skateboarder culture, set in a present-day version of Blade Runner. Here is what I'm thinking.
I have a screenplay which should be read so that the illustrations will work well with it.
Illustration 1: The main character, BUG, a 15-year-old homeless teenage girl, skateboarder, and with a bit of a youTube following who has a robotic pet Aineko (a hacked together robotic cat).
Illustration 2: 'The Demons', a gang of street kids/hackers who Bug befriends.
Illustration 3. 'D4V1D', seen as an 8-year-old boy on Skype, kidnapped in a small dirty bedroom, this is actually a powerful A.I.
Illustration 4. 'Solly's Den' at 'THE IMPERIAL'... a hidden hacker lair in the back of a movie theatre/private club.
Illustration 5. Viktor Clark (the Billionaire) and his Stracton Enterprises giant server room which houses the A.I.s imprisoned mind.
Illustration 6. Downtown Vancouver (outside the Imperial) with all the drug addicts and homeless people and cops (and drones)
Additional notes:
I think a skateboarder / urban art / graffiti approach is necessary.
The purpose isn't so much to make detailed illustrations as to create a mood. Of rebellion. Of grassroots. Of power to the people.
Street art / street kids / street movie.
Gritty aesthetic (urban / real / grit) but merged with Blade Runner (wet, blue, colourful) in the present day.
I am specifically looking for:
1 piece of 'key art', i.e: the movie poster with the lead character and a sense of the world in it. 8.5x11
5 sketches, rougher illustrations providing a sense of mood and character these can be 1/2 or 1/3 page in size.
I've attached some images to give a sense of quality / look that struck me as cool
