Seeking imagery Photoshop/any creation software expert (Read to the bottom, please)

I have recently changed business models and I am starting from scratch. I am seeking several creation partners, firstly now I seek an expert with Photoshop and similiar based creative software tools, to create ads that I will run on social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

I am also seeking someone who can help with video editing and animation creation. I am quite capable of creating video content, but what I will need is someone to edit the video and place basic animation into the video content. This is a stage 2 development, but it would be a perfect fit if the person fulfilling this task is capable of this greater task. This stage 2 development would be where I would upload to a Google drive of raw video content, for you to edit into 15, 30 & 90 second bites of video, with basic animation, giving creativity to the video.

For now though, I am seeking still imagery content creation for advertising on both Facebook and Instagram.

The project for now is as follows:

1. Creation as a .eps or .ai (or something similiar) project file that meets the current 2023 dimensions for social media imagery for both Facebook and Instagram as a minimum. To my understanding this is currently 1.91:1 aspect ratio, for example 1200 x 630 pixels.

2. Only 3 image colours are to be used as per the company style guide as follows: Light blue - #00aeff, white #fff & black #000

3. Create a style similiar to, but we highly encourage your creative talent to drive what you think will work best, the exampes given. I specifically seek to use the industry awards as major elements to imagery created, see examples given.

4. Font style is Open Sans (This may change, but I think this is right for now)

5. Use photograph imagery of Ryan, see attached files

6. There are 4 major elements in this image creation as follows: ATRealty logo, Image of Ryan, tagline of image & industry awards.

7. Industry awards - need these created, open to your creative talent as how to present this data, see examples attached.

8. x3 images to start project - At this stage I am seeking x3 images to be created for the purpose of social media advertising. Noting there are some variances on social media, please allow for space on the edge of the image, in case of any site cropping of imagery. Seeking x3 images as follows:

- "The locals real estate expert". Alongside the image of Ryan, the ATRealty logo, the tagline of "The locals real estate expert" is to be presented. Open to this being in a font your creative mind sees fit. We are seeking to input if possible the following words "Speak to Ryan today, know your best options"

- "Do you know your home value in (insert suburb)?". Same as above, instead we will use this as a tagline. We are seeking to input if possible the following words "Don't miss out on not knowing, speak to Ryan today on (insert mobile number)".

- "Want the best price for your home?". Same as above, instead we will use this as a tagline. We are seeking to input if possible the following words "Contact Ryan today, speak to your local RE expert".

OK, so hopefully that gives you a starting point. At all times, the wording and drive for advertising strategy will be our end, all that is sought after is a digital creative artist to create the content.

For disclosure, there are 2 persons accessing this account, Ryan himself and his business associate "SUGR", which is me writing this project and all future projects. I have an extensive background in movie special effects, digital advertising via social media right through to TV media. I am retired and assisting Ryan in developing his lead strategy through social media. Instead of me going back to the grind of purchasing new IT infrastruture and getting up to speed on software tools such as the Adobe range, we think it is best to use the resources of experts on Freelancer.
