Teach me how to be a good photographer

I have a year worth of experience taking portrait photography but I cant seem to get that type of shots like the pictures attached. I want to become one of those professional photographers. Teach me how to set up my camera, what equipment you recommend places I need to shoot, how to shoot them, lighting (indoors/outdoors), and most importantly EDITING which is very important to me. I'm prepared to use (Removed by Freelancer.com Admin) and learn from your screen they way you edit photos. I'm willing to pay a bonus if the materials I learn is effective
