Web Designer and Developer

I’m looking for a web designer and developer who can make a professional retail site for our company so we can sell our merchandise online. We need this process to be very safe as our customer's credit card information will be involved and so we need to add PayPal and other security measures as well. We also need a system where the customers can signup/login to our website to buy our products or use a guest account to continue shopping. We also should be able to add new products and remove old ones and we also need a stock count. As we are building this website from scratch we will also need a CMS system from the web host.
